Invitations:
On the day stationery:
The turnaround time is typically between 4-6 weeks upon receipt of your deposit and signed contract. Multiple revisions will cause delay in production.
On the day stationery & signage:
The turnaround time is typically between 2-3 upon receipt of your deposit and signed contract.

I dispatch items no longer than four weeks prior to your wedding date, unless it’s a rush order.
Items are shipped and tracked via Royal Mail to ensure safe arrival to you.
I can ship across the UK for all wedding stationery. Paper/card items can also be shipped to the US.
I use Royal Mail tracked & special delivery service to send all stationery and signage pieces.
If you are getting married in London, where possible, I am more than happy to hand-deliver your items to your local venue. Items can also be collected from my home in South West London.
Absolutely, samples can be provided for a small fee. Bespoke invites cannot be provided as a sample due to their handmade nature.
Yes, wherever possible I choose to provide eco-friendly options. I use Colorplan paper, a sustainable paper made in the UK. I also choose eco-friendly and recycled packaging.
I offer standard print, hot-pressed foiling in a range of colours, letterpress (my personal fave), embossing and debossing, and digitally printed foil. Contact me to discuss your printing needs.

The minimum allowance is 25 invitations.
In every order, I will always include a special packaged keepsake as a gift for you and your partner to cherish.
I understand that wedding details can change. I am happy to make changes to your order prior to the production process. If I have started crafting your stationery, please get in touch as soon as possible.
I will always send you a PDF proof to be signed off before I send any designs off to print. Until you approve your designs, all printing will be put on hold.
I accept payments via PayPal or bank transfer. I will send an invoice to your email with payment details and options.
Since your stationery is handmade and unique to you, deposits are non-refundable and I do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges.
You will have access to your own private Client Lounge page where we share mood boards, ideas and proofs. Two text revisions are included free of charge. This ensures you are completely happy with your stationery before I begin to make it.
I take care and time over every order. Should there be any error on my part, I will replace the item as soon as possible.
