How long will it take to dispatch my wedding stationery?
The turnaround time is typically between 2-3 weeks upon receipt of your deposit. I dispatch items no longer than four weeks prior to your wedding date. Items are shipped and tracked via Royal Mail to ensure safe arrival to you
Where do you ship to?
I can ship across the UK for all wedding stationery. Paper/card items can also be shipped to EU countries and the US.
Do you offer collection or delivery?
If you are getting married in London, I am more than happy to hand-deliver your items to your local venue. Items can also be collected from my home in South West London.
Do you provide samples?
Absolutely, samples can be provided for a small fee. Invites cannot be provided as a sample due to their handmade nature.
Can you write on mirrors?
Most definitely! If you’ve picked up a vintage find for your wedding signage, I’d be more than happy to help you transform it into the perfect wedding sign or table plan.
Is your wedding stationery eco-friendly?
Yes, wherever possible I choose eco-friendly options. I use Colorplan paper, a sustainable paper made in the UK. I also choose eco-friendly and recycled packaging.
What payment methods do you accept?
I accept payments via PayPal or bank transfer. I will send an invoice to your email with payment details and options.
What if my guest count/details change during the process?
I understand that wedding details can change. I am happy to make changes to your order prior to the production process. If I have started crafting your stationery, please get in touch as soon as possible.

What is your refund policy?
Since your stationery is handmade and unique to you, deposits are non-refundable and I do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges.
You will have access to your own private Client Lounge page where we share mood boards, ideas and proofs. Two revisions are included free of charge. This ensures you are completely happy with your stationery before I begin to make it.
I take care and time over every order. Should there be any error on my part, I will replace the item as soon as possible.
